Fleur de Sel Cuisine differs from typical caterers: we feature a fresh cooking style based on classic regional French and Italian cuisine and focused on local, seasonal, organic ingredients. The Pacific Northwest has a wealth of incredible foods including sustainably raised lamb, artisinal cheese, fruit, nuts, mushrooms and a wide range of organic vegetables. Our relationships with these local growers and suppliers mean we can provide your catered events with food that’s relevant, fresh, and delicious.

We cater events of any size, with a focus on more intimate gatherings of up to 50 people, including:
